Availability and quotation

A website enquiry does not create a confirmed reservation. Accommodation, rates, occupancy, meals, activities, transfers, taxes and special arrangements are confirmed only in the written quotation or voucher issued for your dates.

Payments

Pay only through the payment method stated in the official confirmation. Check the property name, dates, guest count, category and inclusions before payment. This landing page does not directly collect payments.

Activities and weather

Camel safari, jeep safari, stargazing, parasailing, quad biking, dinner on dunes and other outdoor experiences depend on weather, local conditions, operator availability and safety requirements. Routes, timings or activities may be changed or cancelled when necessary for safety.

Swimming pool and Jacuzzi

Pool and Jacuzzi access is subject to current operating hours, maintenance, usage rules and safety conditions. Children require active adult supervision. Current amenity operation should be confirmed before arrival.

Cancellation and changes

The applicable cancellation, refund, date-change and no-show conditions will be supplied with the quotation. Peak dates and customised services may have stricter conditions.

Guest responsibility

Guests must provide accurate identity and occupancy details, follow property and activity safety instructions and disclose relevant mobility or health requirements before booking.
